The store at the airport is quite large with many staff. Although it's a bit far from Heathrow T4, there is a free shuttle service available.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.

Charged an insurance fee I was not expecting. Advertising price was not honest. Im on a low income and the extra money I’ve had to fork out unknowingly will now affect me all month. Money I would’ve spent on my families food shop for the month is now completely gone!

Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.
