Not a customer service led hire company but does the job

The pick up process took longer time and not efficient. The worker was threatening & forcing us to purchase car insurance direct from Green motion whereas we have already had one from easyrentcars

Green Motion are great and their service has generally been perfectly acceptable and pleasant. They were let down by the poor heathrow hoppa service that they have to rely upon.

Waited too long to get my car. Very rude staff. Won’t be using or recommending this company ever again!!

Green motion is not a good company to represent! Never met such rude staff in my life!!

In general, the car exceeded my expectations (I received Mercedes instead of VW) and almost everything was great. The only two negative moments: long time waiting at puck-up (only two-three persons were at the counter, while there were about ten customers), and refusal of the company to accept debit cards.
