Charged an insurance fee I was not expecting. Advertising price was not honest. Im on a low income and the extra money I’ve had to fork out unknowingly will now affect me all month. Money I would’ve spent on my families food shop for the month is now completely gone!

Please don't try to trick people by scaring them about insurance. Most people have comprehensive travel insurance and when they say they don't need your insurance you shouldn't proceed to scare them that it is not enough. trying to upgrade people to another car for Inflated prices is not good. I was offered an upgrade if I paid £15 a day _ this is more than I paid for the car I hired! I was told it woukd be more economic as it was diesel!!!! We didn't use more than 15 pounds of petrol a day.

Disappointed that despite stating the pick up point was arrivals hall I had to get a bus, dragging two cases to collect car in pitch black car park. Not very safe as a lone female. Very nerve racking
