Budget didn't have a vehicle for me. I have a disabled daughter and specifically booked a minivan so we had space for luggage and wheelchair. After waiting over an hour at the rental counter I was sent to collect an "upgraded" vehicle. No vehicle in the alloted space - it had been given to someone else. In total over 3 hours before I had a vehicle and was able to leave the airport. Shockingly bad service. Never again!

Budget were excellent and i couldn't fault the counter staff.

waited over 30 minutes at the counter to collect car, then had to walk to a different terminal to collect the car. After a 8 and a half hour flight pretty annoying!! Then got to the car, it hadnt been cleaned inside and stunk of stale cigarettes!!! Not pleasant, and not happy

Great counter staff, very helpful - car could have been cleaner, but otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Booking process was good, did not have a Price drop opportunity!.
