Then I wait about two hours eventually, they offered me a Audi A6 and forced me to buy a full insurance. I told them I have already purchased a full cover separate, they said I need to buy extra expensive insurance there, otherwise I can't take the car I want.

I loved the Audi A3 hatch I got from Budget. Inside was super clean but outside was not washed. But in one way I did not had to worry about washing when returning the car. It was super easy to pick the car and also to drop it. One of the smoothest transactions ever.
