Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
