The booked car model was not available at the store, but the replacement model was acceptable, although it required an additional rental fee.

The car rental company provided decent service, but the front desk staff had a strong Ukrainian accent.

The service attitude was great. We scheduled to pick up the car at 12 PM but arrived early. The staff was very helpful in checking if there was a car available for early pickup.

Drop of at Heathrow late at night is not recommended as though the staff were helpful the service available is limited

Whilst I was very happy with the car and the man who served me at pick up was friendly, I was ignored initially whilst two people in the office discussed something, even though they could see me waiting. I was also not given any instructions on how to operate the vehicle and I don't normally drive a manual.
