Good value overall

Was very pleased with the Payless counter person who did not try to add on extras that were not needed He was polite and quick with check in

Responded to questions with important information

We were offered a nice upgrade in Denver. The counter person was very sweet and attentive.

Because the vehicles were limited we were given an SUV and there were no changes in the rental. It used more fuel obviously however we were more comfortable so the trade-off was well worth it.

I've used Easyrent before and they do a good job preparing you so you can avoid additional charges or inconveniences.

Be prepared for extra hidden fees. They charged me $300.00 security deposit and were supposed to return it. Never did. Instead they told me that this much for that and this for that. A rental went from 75.00 to around 320.00. I specifically asked if I had to refill gas, I was told that I don't have to and they won't charge me. That didnt happen. Stay away from them. I was so dissipointed.

Yeah everything was ok.

Awesome apps keep up the good work
