Great rental

Vi blev debiterade för en saknad del inne i fordonet som vi inte hade kännedom om när vi hämtade fordonet. Personen som mottog fordonet sa att han måste notera bristen, men inte skulle debitera oss, vilket man sedan gjorde. Vi har bett om att få pengarna tillbaka.

Jag hoppas att man hjälper oss att få tillbaka felaktigt debiterad kostnad.

Terrible experience with Europcar. Bad communication on return location and issue with faulty car which has still not been resolved. After returingn the car to the correct location I was sent threatening letters over a 48hr period because they had not checked the location and were accusing me of not returning the car.

Car was fine; booked as a Volkswagen Golf or similar and got a Citroen C3 Aircross (Crossover kinda vehicle) but it certainly did the job it was required to do. My main issue with the vehicle was when I picked the vehicle up i was told that the AdBlue had been topped up but the warning light was on; shortly after the vehicle was turned on said AdBlue would start to circulate and the light would go out. After 2 days of the light being on I went back to Europcar who said that they didn't have any more AdBlue however they had a contract with Halfords and to take it down to there. So i did so, they took a full 10litre bottle of AdBlue and the car took it all. On this occasion all that was wasted was a morning of my time, which fortunately I had to spare, however in future someone else may not have this time. In even worse circumstance (for Europcar) someone could have taken the car on a long run and either become stranded when the car switched off to protect itself, or had ground itself to a halt. Neither of which would be a good situation. This was mentioned when i took the car back at the end of hire.

Didn’t have car in the end. Arrived at 8am and despite there being 3 staff one was dealing with another extremely annoyed customer. I was totally ignored by the two men working there as was finally spoken to at 8:35 by the lady who was dealing with the guy who had been charged a fortune for a luxury car and had been given a 2017 Car with damage down the near side, which he had booked 4 months ago so there was no excuse And surprise surprise they didn’t have the car I booked and tried to palm me off with a little Peugeot 208 which was totally unsuitable. I walked out and got a car within 10 minutes from Avis a couple of streets away. Euro-Car are totally unprofessional time wasters andwill never
