This car rental experience was good. The vehicle was the one I reserved, the return process was quick, and there were no extra charges.

Very satisfied, the staff were very nice and explained everything in detail during the pickup. When returning the car, there was some minor scratch damage. We proactively informed the rental company, and after confirmation, they did not deduct the deposit. The car was new and easy to drive!
