Wish the process once at rental is faster!

The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.

It was easy to book and the car was fine.

Would not accept easy rent car insurance. Put me through the ringer on insurance. Will not rent from this company again.

No, smaller vehicle than I paid!! I want monies refunded for the difference in rental fees. Thank you

My initial invoice and my final invoice was 500%more expensive. I will not use or recommande Green Motion.

Dislike: I did not like the sunpass charge that we did not know we had to purchase. That was a rip off. I could have paid all my tolls for around 30.00 I went through. They scare you into taking it saying 50.00 if you go through a toll booth with the ones that you have to have a sunpass on your car.They should tell you all about that charge before you rent
