I rented a S Max but was give a C Max and was told that C Max is what I have rented despite S Max is on my rental agreement. I can't refuse it because there is no other vehicle available. We needed the space of a bigger car with 7 people and luggage. You can imagine how close it gets to being not possible to fit everyone and thing in it, which means the trip cannot go ahead.

The car is quite new and overall pretty good. However, they charged an extra 300 euros as a deposit. When I returned the car on the 16th, they said it would be refunded to my card within 3 days, but it's the 22nd today and I still haven't received it! Please help verify and respond.
