There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

vehicle was fine. Drop-off point details were a mistake. No drop-off point at location shown on contract. spent some time finding out correct drop-off point and then driving there. Have complained to Enterprise. £200 deposit has not yet been returned, but no reason for it to be retained

They did not push insurance sales. The car pickup was quite fast, with two cars to choose from. We had more luggage and took some time to decide which car to take. I rented a RAV4 but ended up with an Eclipse, which had significantly less space. Overall, though, I was satisfied.
