This time rent car of green motion company. I already buy of full insurance. in easy rent car com.i given all the license for service Conter after inputs some information in computer and tell i not enough for two year experience driving the green motion the poor service man must want me to extra full insurance can use the car .4 day 230£ ，is not reasonable no buy no use of car and cancelled of my booking i use 2-hour the Handling of this application very angry Of that. Coming the future I must not use of poor service Green motion company

Car great and price. Staff at desk took far to long to check in and out. Was very rude on drop off. The man left me waiting outside at vehicle ( polish man ) served someone who came in after me told me to hang on they had a problem so I was stood outside waiting For quite a long Time. And on drop off was in and out same man and wasn’t made easy.

The car stank of stale cigarette smoke, every time I opened the door to get in it made me feel sick. Always seem under staffed. Dropping off I had to queue for 20 minutes which was frustrating especially seeing as I had the full insurance so would have been better if I could have just dropped the key. I found it very odd that only a credit card could be used for the deposit and not a debit card, however if you were willing to pay more (i.e. for the full insurance) then they somehow found a magical way of letting you use debit card for the smaller deposit - sounds like a money making scheme to me which worked fro them here!

Excellent company have used them before at Stanstead and they have maintained their standards. Would recommend them to anyone.
