Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unprofessional and understaffed. No consideration or concern for important things, like... Catching a departing flight. Avoid like the plague.

I was unhappy with the customer service as I was quoted with one price upon booking and when I arrived at the counter they made me take insurance that they said was not on my policy. After calling my insurance agent he said that he had never heard of being forced to take that. Then they “recommended” that I buy the sun pass for tolls saying we couldn’t pay for them on the highway. This is not the case, they just don’t take cash. Therefore, we spent $69 on sunpass when in actuality our tolls probably cost a total of $10.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
