No matter how many people are waiting to pick up their cars, they work at their own pace without any sense of urgency. Be patient; picking up a car typically takes over half an hour.

It was a busy time and I found the counter staff member wasn't very friendly and didn't have time to explain anything to me. He literally said "I don't have time for this, gotta move on", this was in response to me asking for more details on the Toll system in Austin after he was trying to sell a toll pass to me.
