Will use again

Received a brand new Outlander with only 7000 kilometers on it. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

Waited long time at pick up Wasted time going to terminal desk as per instructions Then had to wait for a car to become available Car was smaller than expected but comfy and cheap on fuel

Saved lots $ with Qeeq which was great. Couldn't do online check in which was frustrating

The car was in excellent and new condition; no extra charges. But when there are many people, it would be better if the staff could maintain the queue.

1. The brakes were giving loud stressing noise when applied. The vehicle should have been checked before releasing. 2. Wanted to delay pickup time by 1.5 hrs due to my flight time arrival and called the Australian number from Malaysia. The customer service personnel recorded my request but not able to email me confirmation. Passed me to another lady who wanted to charge me a lot extra for the delayed-pickup request which I find ridiculous as it was still within my booking period and I have no intention to delay the drop off time. She finally relented after my reasoning and said will inform the pickup location. Also said that she will email me my requested pick up time confirmation. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL.

Great service, well explained on the rental agreement, waited even our flight had delay, it was a wonderful experience

The immediate confirmation is a great thing, i did a booking prior to that which need to be confirm with 1-3 days which eventually was cancelled due to unavailable of the particular car.
