Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.

The car requested - Volkswagon - was not available. the options were not great so had no option but to pay a lot more and take another vehicle.

Everything was spot on but not the car I ordered. The replacement was ample but still, I see no point in you offering specific car models and then they aren't available. You should offer a class of car instead.
