Excellent

It’s along the block of several other rental companies but their stock didn’t disappoint. They didn’t have a medium SUV when we arrived but they gladly gave us a different SUV and it was amazing! Perfect car for our trip.

Seeing as I used a third party site to access this one, I’m really happy with the deals that were displayed and the ease of seeing the prices.

That was the worst experience I ever had a rental car place. We missed our reservations due to having to take over an hour to pick up a car that should have already been ready for us! we had a 10:00am pick up and didn't get there until 11:30. They had plenty of time to get it cleaned, etc. The car they gave us also didn't fit all the luggage as claimed in description. Thankfully we had a friend waiting on us and we were able to put the extra bag in their car. We had to send one person back at the end of our trip with their luggage via Uber because it wouldn't fit.

Car was smaller than promised. Junky pathfinder not in the class of a Expedition. Had a bad tire and several calls to Ace were ignored, or, I was told several times to just call back later to see if they could find a car with good tires. Just gave up and spent money frequently airing up the tire. Serious lack of customer service. Would think twice before renting from Ace again
