The car was in good condition, however they did not have the automatic that was requested. I am not sure why the reservation for an auto was not honoured. Luckily I am able to drive a manual - but someone who has only driven an auto would have been in big trouble as there were no other vehicles available. Not a suitable situation. Reservations are made to be honoured

The service was good, but returning the car was a bit difficult. You need to pay close attention to the return signs to find the location! We almost missed our return flight because of it! (We had to circle around twice and ask for directions to find it). Also, it was quite difficult to reach the roadside assistance in a foreign country (spent over an hour trying to get help with a flat tire).
