When checking Google reviews, I noticed many people mentioned long waiting times to pick up a car at the airport. I arrived at the airport around 5:30, and fortunately, there was no queue. The staff checked my documents fairly quickly. After confirming everything, they directed me to a specific parking spot to pick up the car. The signs were large and easy to locate.

Overall a good experience. The only frustration was the insurance upsell to ensure a full coverage. QEEQ did warn about this but should provide the full coverage up front so that Europcar cannot do a further upsell.

What price drop protector? And as per above comment, the insurance cover can be handled better by QEEQ.
