The car was brand new.

The pick-up and return staff were enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. They provided me with a new car, which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied.

When the service staff could not sell me any insurance (because I had already bought on easyrentcars), he became impatient, and kept wanting me to sign the papers - when there were many dents/scratches that were not labelled on the contract. Thankfully the car was in good condition and the trip went without any hitch.

Only fault was the car was not ready for pick up and we had to wait for it.

Could not work out how to get the price drop protection?

We were pleased with the vehicle offered to us. We were later in the day, checking in, therefore the vehicle was not exactly what we reserved--- however, we were very pleased the vehicle.
