Would use again!

'Alexandra' at Luton gave me a brand new, more spacious car than I thought I would get! On return, one of the staff thought that I may have made slight damage to the car, but volunteered nonetheless to ask another member of staff, who confirmed that the damage was negligible and did not warrant any payment. Very decent behavior!

Great value for money so no complaints other then sometimes the cars are not cleaned properly.

Do NOT rent a car with EASIRENT. (the car renting company, not the booking platform) The pick up process was beyond terrible, lasted over 1 hour and we felted scammed! We had already paid for insurance when we booked the car online, and the first thing they offered when we arrived was to buy insurance again otherwise a 1500£ deposit was required (higher than what was in the booking e-mail). Other members of our group (not the main driver in the booking) had valid credit cards but we were not allowed to used them, and thus the main driver had to contact the bank about the credit plafond. While we were waiting the staff was rude to us asking if we would take long and they had other things to do. We were taking long because they added several complications and would not accept other credit cards!! The whole process took over 1 hour, it was a terrible experience and they tried selling their own insurance over what we had already paid several times (se we wouldn’t have to pay the 1500£ deposit), it felt very much like a scam.

Provided information from the website and from calling head office that I could use electronic confirmation of address. On arrival o was told that this was not possible at this branch so I would have to pay for the check, which consisted of a 30 seconds phone call. I was then told I would have to pay 95 pound for fuel deposit, and that the insurance I had purchased was pointless. I ended up not being able to hire the car as despite using the card successfully for other purchases I was told the pin was necessary for the deposit payment. No help and was left stranded.

I would like to find out the complaints procedure. While the car we got was fine, we were lied to in terms of what cars were available, this kept changing, we were made to buy extra insurance on the basis of a different car being the only available one (turned out not to be true when we actually picked up the car). We booked an automatic specifically, and were told would would need to wait 6.5 hours if we wanted that. This review form didn't work the first three times I tried to submit it. Had to come back to the page multiple times.
