Would use again!

There was no car on arrival at the airport. No one tried to help me. I had a pile of bags and am 6 months pregnant. I was travelling to be at my fathers funeral. IThe rental company didnt seem bothered that I was completely stranded in the middle of no where. The phone helpline answered the first time and said they'd get back to me. I waited 2 hours and no one got back to me. I tried calling the phoneline again and they hung up 4 times. My friend had to cancel his trip so he could help me, and I had to find other transport.

The car was fine Few dinks but to be expected The tyre pressure warning light was on when I collected the car Tyres were fine but should have been sorted But this is a very minor thing

Service took ages. Car wasn't clean which made it hard to detect damage already to vehicle. Problems with system which took too long. Staff were friendly but overall won't be going back.

Great car and helpful staff, would have been nice to understand the insurance process better before I arrived.

I would like to find out the complaints procedure. While the car we got was fine, we were lied to in terms of what cars were available, this kept changing, we were made to buy extra insurance on the basis of a different car being the only available one (turned out not to be true when we actually picked up the car). We booked an automatic specifically, and were told would would need to wait 6.5 hours if we wanted that. This review form didn't work the first three times I tried to submit it. Had to come back to the page multiple times.
