Staff at the pickup counter were super nice, the whole process was really quick, and there were no hidden steps or pushy upselling. Big thumbs up.

Customer service attitude was mediocre and seemed unfriendly towards Asians. They kept pushing for the purchase of full insurance. However, picking up the car was convenient, and the vehicle was very new. I reserved two cars, one of which had only 1060km. Overall, not bad.

Service is good and prices are cheap. The only inconvenience is having to call when picking up and returning the car due to the lack of a physical counter.
