Overall a great rental experience – returning the car was quick and easy, and the 7-seater was perfect for a larger group with lots of luggage.

Very friendly. Probably because it's not at the airport, there were few people. You can choose a different return location; all their branches are available, very convenient. There are more return options than online, and the rental price remains the same.

The cars are quite new and clean with good performance! The handover process is simple with no hidden charges! The staff is quite enthusiastic and delivers high-quality service!

The store didn't even ask me and just added full coverage, charging me several times more than the rental fee. It was absurd! Later, I switched to an automatic because the manual was too hard to drive and discovered I had full coverage. Since I had bought comprehensive insurance from QEEQ, I only needed basic coverage. It took forever, but the fee was already charged. Not sure if they'll refund the difference. So frustrating!
