Will not use again. Refused to accept my commercial insurance even though I own the company and it was a business trip. Were convinced they were going to shake me down for their bogus insurance scam. I was ready to walk at that point. Very shaky company. Car was filthy. Had to run it through a car wash and my wife had to wash the windows. Huge dent in the rear. Had to drive all week in that wrecked POS Was nearly on empty—had to get gas on day 1 Will make sure from now on to use the reputable firms even if I have to pay more. I’m one and done.

The car did not have any windshield wiper fluid so I could not see out my window on ride from Orlando. Also they should put more gas in than 1/4 tank. I almost ran out. They should also tell u how to work everything. The car seemed a little outdated bc I had to lock the door with a key. Not automatic like cars these days.

“There are hidden cost and the staff push us to get more options”

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
