Nice clean and comfortable car. Pleasant, competent staff. Great location. Just wish it had been available for the duration of my trip instead of a week.

Other than the incorrect location of the rental counter shown on the map, the rest of the rental process was pleasant and smooth. Car was new and very nice to drive.

For a first time user, booking process was easy and smooth. The dollar reservation also gives a lot of confidence.

It was very fast check in but to drop off, it was Christmas Day and only 1 person worked. We had to wait more than 20min outside to return the car

This rental company is a nightmare. Took them more than an hour to pick us up. Dropping off was even worse. Service staff was incompetent and completely overwhelmed.

車両は小型SUV(Kia Niroと同等クラス)ではなく、ガソリン車のKia Sentosでした。スタッフの説明は「Busy seasonだから」 ほぼ新車(走行距離3126km)で良かったけど、ハイブリッドのつもりだったのでガソリン代が2倍以上かかった。 あとdollarはHertz/Thifty系列だと知らず店舗カウンターを見つけられず、やむなく他の店舗スタッフに聞いて分かった。

Car was very high mileage, over 100,000km and looked tatty, but was better than the first vehicle they tried to rent me, which I rejected.

I have an issue. When I returned the car the tank is full and I received the confirmation with the on site employee and email. But after three days, we received bill for fuel charge! How to escalate this issue?

They gave me an upgrade. I was nervous over the diesel charge per mile which they said they would wave. They seem to have done so. So all good

Car was fine, no issues. Was a bit confused about drop off (picked up in Hertz spot but was a Dollar rental, not sure where to drop off but figured it out) However when we arrived home found I was charged and extra $25 for fuel. We filled it to full 1km from the airport and have photo proof that the gauge was full. Took about 40 minutes of calling and emailing to try to get this sorted. This was already charged to my credit card without any consultation with me. Still waiting for resolution.
