Our English isn’t great so we couldn’t really understand the lady at the counter, but she used a translation app to talk with us and was actually quite patient. The car wasn’t the exact model we booked, but it was a brand‑new 2025 vehicle, really easy to drive, and the full‑to‑full fuel policy was very convenient. When we returned the car, the staff even drove us right up to the elevator, and since it was raining that day, that extra service felt really thoughtful.

Used them for the second time now – they’re under Enterprise. They will try to upsell their own insurance. Local coverage does have its perks, especially for cross-border trips. For example, Albania doesn’t recognize the platform’s insurance, so you need to buy an extra Green Card, about €50 per day. But if you do the math, the platform’s full coverage still works out cheaper overall.
