When I dropped off the car, I put the keys in the box by the elevator and somehow they still said I was late. QEEQ customer service tried to talk to the rental company, but they refused to give a full refund, and QEEQ ended up covering the rest themselves. Even with video proof they wouldn’t budge, so try to return the car a bit earlier just to be safe.

Service was decent overall. The QEEQ booking couldn’t pass on the child seat request, so there wasn’t one ready when I picked up the car. I went back and asked, and they brought one out for me. Returning the car was smooth too—none of the hassles people complain about online.
