Both picking up and returning the car went very smoothly. There's a free shuttle bus at Washington Dulles Airport that takes you from the terminal to the rental location.
Overall, it was not bad, but one of the ladies at the counter provided terrible service. She pretended to understand everything and insisted that the agreement required a UK driver's license, which delayed us by more than two hours!
