The platform did not offer an option to prepay the rental fee, resulting in no suitable automatic transmission wagon being available upon arrival at Belfast Airport. Four people plus four large suitcases had to squeeze into a small car, leading to a poor experience.

The car was fine but the fuel consumption was very poor, it cost me £84 for fuel, from Oxford to Newcastle (return) and that was using cruise control, travelling 70 mph. We have a family Land Rover and I don't think it would cost as much as that for the same journey. I would make sure I asked about this in future.

The woman who greeted me at the desk at Europcar was extremely rude and inappropriate . However the woman who I dropped the car off with was lovely .
