Received a car better than expected.

Overall the rental company was pretty good. They do a really thorough inspection when you return the car, so I’m glad I took photos when I picked it up – that really helped avoid any disputes.

Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.

Given a free upgrade very nice gesture!

On the second occasion, I did not get the car I booked, an Opel Astra, I got a smaller Opel/Vauxhall Corsa, which was fine but not what I booked.

Dislike: Spent too much time on getting the vehicle, need more customer service people during peak hours
