Good experience at a great price

Would have been nice to have a fob, but had to use a key to get in the Jeep the whole time. They said they don’t give fobs on Jeep Wranglers.

The line at the counter was long and there was lots of pressure to add various items onto my reservation. When I went to pick up the actual car, the employee kept telling me they were bringing mine out, but then helped everyone in line before me. After waiting about 40 minutes for them to bring the car out, the man had lost my receipt (he took it with him to pull the car). He told me the employee at the gate could print a new one. Got to the front of the gate. Employee had no idea how to do this. Had to wait at the front of the line and hold everyone else up behind me for about 20 minutes until they printed a new receipt. Pick up was a VERY slow process.

Vehicle had a strong scent of marijuana!

No wiper fluid topped up, electrical chargers didn't work at all, cruise control didn't work every time, tire grip not the best. Paid extra to upgrade and it didn't feel like an upgrade at all.

Rented a full size vehicle. Told we was upgraded to SUV... appeared to be no full size available. The small suv we recieved did not have enough space due to hatch etc. Hitting suitcases.... had to sit with some luggage on our laps for 3 hrs to our location
