Good experience at a great price

I didn’t want the car I was assigned and had no problem being given a different car.

I only use QEEQ for car rentals and love it!

Pleasant, easy, except I did not need the toll pass that I bought at their suggestion.

Easy and no problems.

I called customer service within 2 hours of getting rental and never got any resolution what so ever. A manager never contacted me back. I also went all the way back to LAX the next day,a 2 hour drive to fix the problem with no results.

I would like my issue resolved. I paid 2x over what I was told and what was listed online

Customer rep was terrible , trying to rip off for extra features we don't want

First of all, there was not much of a line and there were several people working desks. It took us nearly an hour to get our car. It was the slowest process I have ever experienced to rent a car. Then I had requested a 4 wheel drive or equivalent auto, it was not a 4 wheel or equivalent and we were going into the mountains to Steamboat in a blizzard. What was requested was not fulfilled. I would not rent a car from Fox again.
