This was a 3rd party company and was very hard to find rental place. They even had wrong name onsign

I originally was given a Nissan with a busted plastic engine shield from underneath in front of the car that as I drove it fell and was scratching on the ground because it was being held by staples. when I called them they asked to come and change it but I had to drive back from Miami to fort Lauderdale after had been in a 6 hour plane trip. When i got to the car rental office and showed them the problem the gentleman was talking in spanish and he said that the car was fine when they gave it to us but i heard the girl who was at the working at the counter, she said that the car came in broken from underneath and she had seen it. The lady was more aware of what was going on and apologized about it and gave us a new car. The new car was great and was very happy overall. I just think they could have done a more thorough check on the car before they could have given it to us or other customers and eliminated that small unpleasant situation. Overall really good!

The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.

I was hesitant to try Green Motion since I’ve never heard of the brand but it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly.

The price offered was very reasonable and cheaper than the more popular third party brands. I like the significant price differences with protection vs. not.

The agent informed me that I had to purchase their third party liability insurance, which was not the impression I got from the Green Motion website. When I showed her the website info, she informed me this didn't apply to my rental. I don't know if this was true or an upsell technique. The cost of insurance tripled the cost of the rental, which I wasn't happy about. Overall I felt as though the agent was giving me misinformation to make me buy the insurance, but I don't know for sure. The car was as advertised and served us well.

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
