There were quite a lot of people when we picked up the car, so we had to wait a bit, but the return process was pretty efficient. You can basically just drop the car and leave. We only spent a little extra time because of the fueling issue. In the end, the staff acknowledged that the tank wasn’t full when we picked it up and gave us a fair settlement plan.

Excellent experience—the car was really new, and there was zero upselling or hassle.

I asked if insurance was necessary, and after saying it wasn't, they didn't mention it again.

Standard service without excessive promotion of additional insurance.
