It was probably because it was still early and there weren’t many people, so there was no line at all. As soon as I walked up to the counter, the staff had clearly already pulled up my booking, called me by my name, and even had all the paperwork printed and ready.

The process of picking up and returning the car is very efficient.

This is my second time renting, and it's as great as always.

The staff at the rental company were professional and did not push additional services. Although the car provided was not the model I originally booked, the condition of the car was good. However, there was a fresh scratch on the right front fender, which looked a bit unpleasant.

The rental car company's staff were very friendly, highly skilled, and efficient. However, the car I received had a three-cylinder engine with low power. It was slow to accelerate on the highway and nearly stalled on inclines, which was a bit nerve-wracking.
