Right at the airport counter, super convenient, and no one tried to upsell me. Picked up the car in the parking lot, got a Toyota and it drove really well.
Pick-up and return were super smooth, the car was almost brand new—a Mazda 3 with a heads-up display—and the rental company was straightforward with no nonsense. The online pre-check-in was really handy.
Super satisfied—the car was in great condition, connecting my phone was easy, and the turn signal was on the left side just like back home, so it felt really user‑friendly.
The rental company was easy to find and once I showed them the pickup slip, the paperwork was done really quickly. The only downside was I couldn’t get the exact car model I’d booked – this seems to happen a lot. It’d be great if they could actually provide the model you reserve in advance.
