Delayed pick up but all worked out in the end

Very good experience. Just a reminder, hybrid models include electric cars. Initially, I was given an electric car, but I requested a gasoline car and was eventually provided with a Mercedes gasoline car.

Return check in involved waiting in cold car park while very pleasant man went through his job, but was that necessary that I had to be there? On other hires I just dump the keys, or else someone is checking the car as soon as I pull up and start offloading the bags.

The booking was easy, simple and verified fully to know we had a car. At Alamo, the staff were extremely efficient and totally professional, they couldn’t do anymore to help us. I say this as I needed to get to and from the train station, whereby they assisted in giving me a ride at pick up and drop off, which was extra to requirements and this courtesy helped us no end. Can’t thank them enough for the assistance given. Totally totally recommended.

I have to say, it was as expected, details placed online and go through the service required and pay at the end. No problems and quite formal, will say that the prices were good and selection of available cars to hire was extremely good.

Car adequate Serivice good Car NOT provide with full tank. Actually Empty Shortage of gas locally meant a stressful 45 mins after pick up looking for a gas station. This was not acceptable after a transatlantic flight with 5 tired people
